I Want To Cancel A Purchase..has To Be Within 2 Hrs. Impossible...
I have waited on hold for a hr. Live chat is offline. They say check "edit" next to the groupon you want to cancel..it'd not there..no edit option. They are just tryong to make it impossible for you to cancel. Lousy customer service!

Groupon's rules vary with the type of purchase (goods, getaways, events...). Those rules however always allow cancellation of a purchase after receipt, unless the offer stipulates otherwise. See the rules for time limits. I suggest that instead of chat you phone Groupon, at 877-788-7858. Groupon answers the phone promptly.
