Accidently Redeemed Groupon And Now I Cant Get It Back.

Your question is perplexing. Once you redeem your Groupon, there's nothing to "Get ... Back," whether you redeemed it accidentally or deliberately.
If as is likely that's not what you meant to say, your best course is probably to Phone Groupon at (877) 788-7858 in the U.S. or write them at [email protected].
