Groupon Refuses To Refund Your Money If You Can't Use Your Purchase. Why?
Ordered spa service but business not open when I am able to get there. Also requires several visits and I work long hours during the week. They are closed weekends. $99 that I will loose and Groupon does not care.

If the terms of the purchase as laid out in the offer clearly excluded claims based on days open, they're justified in holding you to your purchase; otherwise, probably not. My guess (you don't say) is that Groupon offered you credit but not cash. My experience with Groupon is that they're exceedingly accommodating in matters such as this.
