- You can track the progress of your return by returning the order to your account and selecting "View Details". Then select "Show return status".
- Groupon typically processes refunds within 1-2 business days, but can take up to two weeks.
- You will receive an email from Groupon entitled "Your refund has been processed."
- After your refund is processed, it may take up to 10 business days for the credit to appear on your credit card statement

From what you say, it's possible your refund has got lost. Groupon in the U.S. is not currently offering phone access. You can however write the company at [email protected]. If worse comes to worst, you can complain to the consumer protection agency for your state, which you can look up using https://www.usa.gov/state-consumer.
