As you stated it, it doesn't mean anything: you can't log in to a "product." Probably what you have to do is log into the website of the product's manufacturer or seller, and provide the code there. If this doesn't solve, please provide the exact wording and identify the product.

(You can of course, as the previous answerer suggests, inquire directly of Groupon--but the phone number will only refer you to the groupon.com site. You can if you wish write to [email protected].)
