Note that we're an independent help site *not* connected with Groupon. The number required might possibly be either the Groupon Number or the redemption code. After logging in, at your name at the opening page [upper right], go to My Groupons. Then click View Voucher (and there's a button for printing the voucher). Your Groupon Number is at the upper right of the voucher, and the redemption code is in the middle.

If the above doesn't work for you, Groupon will refund your money if the merchant won't honor your purchase. Phone Groupon at 877-788-7858 in the U.S. or write the company at [email protected].
