Took Our Money With No Service Given
we purchased a coupon for the chill spot. You deducted the money from our account and then said it wasn't able to take it at this time. You have dedicated the money and not given the service. I will not ever be using Groupon again

Sorry for your problems--but we're an independent help site not connected with Groupon. Groupon in the U.S. is not currently offering phone access. You can however write the company at [email protected]. In the U.K. you can write directly to [email protected] or (probably) phone +44(0)203 510 0410. If worse comes to worst (I don't expect it will be necessary), you can complain to the Illinois of the Attorney General, at 618-529-6400.
