The previous answer is wrong, at least in the United States, where Groupon does not offer phone support. Groupon's documentation foes not embrace cancellation, and it's unlikely Groupon will facilitate canceling .If your purchase was for goods, the Groupon Goods Return Policy is at https://ishort.ink/MsH4. it depends on the company to company policy. some companies will provide an option to you for the self cancel up-to 6 hour. As long as it is an item yet to ship if you can customer care they should be able to help you accordingly, if it is coupon/voucher if it is not opened then they should be able to help you as well.

In general, i try to reach out to the customer care phone number/chat to cancel the order they should have a window bigger than self cancel hours
