I Need To Contact Legal Representation
I received my tax refund on a green dot card. I made 4 purchases, received an email saying my account was locked for suspicious activity. I was told to email a copy of my is and it would be released in 2 business days. I cannot speak with a live rep, their web chat is down and I'm beyond pissed! I'm 37 weeks pregnant and cannot go finish buying my baby's items. I haven't even got his car seat yet! I was recently hospitalized for my blood pressure being high due to this matter. What can I do?
