Why My Card Is Still Blocked After A Week And Being Lied To

it's been a week since you blocked my card. It's been 5 business days and my card is still blocked and I have not heard from you at all and my card is still blocked. No one has nothing new to tell me and or why my card even got blocked in the first place. I e sent over 6 documents to prove my identity and nothing has changed or happened. MY CARD IS STILL BLOCKED AND ITS PUSHING ME TO MY BREAKING POINT.
