Metal Spring Support Platform
I need to get a new metal spring support platform for model 3251635-062. I can't find them online anywhere. When I try calling the 888 number my call won't go through

1. I'm guessing that when you say "my call won't go through," you mean a call intended for Graco customer service. Instead, use the contact information here--https://www.contacthelp.com/graco/customer-service. I've verified that the phone number there is fully functional.
