How Do I Talk To Someone About Changes To May Debt Card I Did Not Approve

Google does not offer phone support for most issues. (You can try for it at 650-623-4000.) Your best option is probably the help page at https://support.google.com/wallet/topic/2663455?hl=en&ref_topic=3209985. If that doesn't help, look at https://support.google.com/wallet/?hl=en#topic=3209987 or https://support.google.com/. Another option is to post to the appropriate Google forum at https://productforums.google.com/forum/#!forum/.
