All Google Accounts Are Compromised!!!

I cannot access any of mine or my wife's Google accounts. I tried to reset all of them but I'm just going in circles. I need to delete all accounts and start over, however, nothing I've tried will let me do that. Calling them does no good and there's no email address for support. Is there any other way I can delete all google accounts for myself and spouse? Around Aug 10th at least two of my accounts and email were compromised. At that time I was able to change to a different account and email but it seems somehow as fast as I change things they get changed to something else and I can't access any accounts, email, browsers, etc. I'm having to use my spouses email cause I can't get into my accounts. A little help here!
