Workers Holding Items In The Back Of The Store And Giving Them To Their Friends?

knowing the goodwill I visit is a close knit group where would I let someone know items are being held by workers so their family and friends get them. These items are brought out like the employee is stocking shelves, but he is not. He won't let other customers take from the cart. He runs straight to his wife and hands things to her. I have seen her give things to him to take to the back. I assume to hold until later. He has worked there 7 years so I am sure he has some standing with your company. I have noticed that location it is a lot harder to find things that I find daily at other locations. I am kind of angry having to drive 20 min away when I could probably find things right across the street, if your employee wants holding them for his wife.

(We're an independent help site not connected with Goodwill.) Your best bet is to try the corporate contact information here--http://www.corporateofficeowl.com/goodwill/Corporate%20Office. A written communication directed to the executive in charge is best; see if you can get that contact information by phone. In the worst case, you may have to use the contact information here--https://www.contacthelp.com/goodwill/customer-service.
