Front Panel Audio Problem
I am suffering with front panel audia problem, I am using Gigabyte D41 combo motherboard, after conect the front panel audio jack to motherboard , we we can`t get sound. But The front panel audio chip is ok. Is their any solution, or is their any option for configure the front panel audio

Make sure the connectors are attached properly. You need to make sure the connector polarity is correct.
How do you know the chip is OK?
Once installed Windows will need the audio driver and then as long as things are not muted or turned down you should get something out.

The other thing to make sure is that the audio is not disabled in the BIOS.
Usually these types of issue turn out to be settings in Windows. Open the device manager and make sure the audio device is detected, enabled, functioning. (right click "My Computer" and select "Manage", device manager will be listed)
