New Processor
i bought a new processor "intel core 2 Quad Q8400"
and it dosent work, i tried to reset bios.
and also tried to bios update, but i dont know how can i do the bios update.... or anything else

This board only supports the following processors:
LGA775 for Intel® CoreTM 2 Extreme dual-core/CoreTM 2 Duo/Pentium® D/ Pentium® 4/Celeron® D.
The 8400 is not supported. The chip set on this motherboard is incorrect for that CPU.
