How can a user configure a momery with different colours on memory bank or slot.

Don't waste your time. Doing this will destabilize your system. Memory needs to be installed in matched pairs and it's best to stay with the same type for all sticks.
You can mix and match your sticks but your system will more than likely have all sorts of issues. Who cares if it looks cool but won't run.
If you really want to get multiple colors you would be better to install accent lighting around the sticks. Something like this: http://www.crazypc.com/products/casemods/computer_light.htm
