Cut Out Dimension

Installation guide calls for a cut out width of 29" 1/16th and depth of 21" 1/16th.  My opening (in granite) is 29 1/2 and 20 3/4.  Will it work?  Is there enought of a lip on the PGP 990 to fit my opening?
