Ge Pfcs1nfyss Overcooling

my brand new, 3 days, refrigerator is overcooling, now 19 degrees, in the refrigerator section. turned it off overnight touched no controls now after 6 hours the display sayts 19 degrees. what should i do before the repairman comes?
