Help With Pdwt302vii Panel Installation

Hi I'm looking for spacers for PDWT302VII to connect dishwasher door and wood panel. Somehow steam damaged existing panel and I have to install new panel. All 4 spaces are broken and cannot be reused. I found installation manual from GE but there is no part number on the spacer. Do you have any advise?Thank you
