Microwave Won't Start/loud Humming Sound

When I tried to use my microwave I got a blank display panel. I pulled the plg out of the recepticle. I checked for power (OK), fuse (OK). I pulleg it back in. Display panel displayed all lit items and unit made loud humming sound. Bad capacitor?
