Microwave Will Not Cook Anything

 GE JES1855P - Appliances 1.8 cu. Ft. Countertop Microwave It turns on, lights up, counts down etc. but does not actually cook anything.  It acts completely normal but will just not cook anything.  Is this fixable, or throw away and start over? Not sure about warranty either?
