Problem With Ge Microwave Jes1142sj06

The microwave is was purchased in July 2009 fro Lowes.  And it now does not light up and the disk does not spin.  But I do get power to heat something up but the intensity seems dangerously high.  How can this be fixed.  It is only 3 years old.
