Ge Profile Dishwasher Pdt845ssjoss.

1) how do i cancel a wash cycle. I have no reset/clear button. I have tried not closing the door, but the dishwasher beeps.2) dishwasher is only 2 weeks old. only 1/2 of the top display is showing. it worked fine when it was installed. This is only the 3rd time I've used it The instruction manual has no troubleshooting for these items.

Press the Start/Reset button on the dishwasher's control pad to reset the GE Profile dishwasher after a cycle has already started.
