Fuf21svrwn Fan Noise

Unit replaced FUF20, but the fan motor vibration noise far exceeds previous unit. Unit is in laundry room, but we have to keep the door closed or the noise irritates in the next room. Even service tech admitted it is very noisey, but "most people keep them in the garage". Replaced fan motor, but no help. Noise is like a microwave running.
