The vapors coming out of your air conditioner is the same occurrence that you see coming out of your freezer when the freezer door is opened. The cold air mixing with warmer humid air is causing the moisture in the air to condense and look like smoke or fog. This is a normal occurrence when certain conditions are met. The cold dryer air blowing out of the air conditioner is mixing with warmer humid air causing the water to condense in the air producing a light fog or appear as smoke to blow out.
