Black Screen!

why my gateway one zx4000 stay on black screen when I turn it on? And can I fix it? Thank you

Turn on the computer and start taping f10 to see if you can access boot Manu.

If you can access the Boot Manu the it means the operating system is corrupt.

If no Boot Manu appears then Its a hardware problem, the graphics card may be defected or The rams may be not sited properly.
