My Gateway Gt5644e Will Not Send A Signal To The Monitor.

Monitor screen is blank, but computer seems to be running.

Double check your graphics card Video Interfaces DVI, S-Video, VGA for good connections. Go hereto be certain you have the latest driver software for your OS

This could be multiple things. Firstly, check to make sure the video cable is securely connected to both the computer and the monitor. If you're still not getting a signal then the monitor could be broken. It could also be an issue with the computer itself. If it doesn't beep when you turn it on then it could be a motherboard issue. If it does beep then it's most likely the RAM or video card.
