Video Card Compatibility

is this compatible with the 4GB Radeon RX 460? I plug the card in and get nothing on the screen. 2GB 7770 boots up and works. Does this motherboard not go up to a 4Gb video card? What works with this? Mobo says Acer ipisb-VR rev 1.01. Power supply says it's 750W. Intel i7. No beep no nothing with the RX 460 in.

It should work fine. I'm guessing the graphics card is defective.
