My Dx4822.03 Has An Nvidia Gt220 (driver 275.33) Which Fails Continually.
The longer my DX4822.03 runs, the more frequently the device driver for NVIDIA fails and recovers. This happens most frequently when using Firefox, but also at other times. Just using he slider bar or changing from one Youtube video to another causes an interuption and message to the screen. I would like to replace the GT220, but I don't know what graphics cards are compatible, or how much power I have on the DX4822.03. I have upgraded the GT220 driver numerous times. If I let McAfee "clean" out temp and work files, it runs ok for an while, but then starts failing every time I change the screen.

Back the driver off to an older version. This is a fairly common problem. Typically the previous driver version will help, or the next version when it comes out.

This system comes with a 300 watt power supply. It may not be enough to power the video card properly which could be your issue. You might try upgrading the power supply.
Any PCI-Express x16 video card should work.
