Built In Webcam Problems
I purchased a used computer and it did not come with the startup cd or any booklets. Everything works fine except the webcam. HELP please

This system does not come with a webcam with it as far as I searched, so it is been probably added later, check out the manufacturer of the webcam, and visit their website to download appropriate drivers.
A remote shot: Simply plug off and plug in your webcam, windows has default drivers for a lot of devices, if your model is supported it will install the drivers automatically.
