How Do I Register My Garmin Nuvi 50lm On Windows Xp

You need to clcik on this page here on the garmin webpage first:

https://my.garmin.com/mygarmin/marketing/register.htm#

Then you will need to download Garmin Express off their website and it is Windows XP compatible to fully register your device.
