Lost Sleeve To Return Game
My son lost the sleeve to return your game. Is there any way we can return it using a secured envelope of some kind? If so, what info do we need to put on the envelope so we know for sure it is being returned to you safely? Thank you in advance, Cathy

If you no longer have the white game sleeve, we request that you write your name, email address, and the name of the game on a piece of paper. Fold the paper around the disc in a sleeve-like fashion and place it in our pre-paid shipping envelope.
This process will help ensure that the game gets credited to your account properly. Once we receive the game, we will need to create a new sleeve which may take more time to process your return. In the future, please ensure you return the disc inside its sleeve to avoid delays in processing your return.
If you no longer have the pre-paid shipping envelope, please email [email protected] and tell us the email address linked to your GameFly account and the title of the game, and we will send you a new one.
