Returned Game. Gamefly Is Charging Me They Said In Letter. Please Reply.

I AM NOT GETTING CREDIT FOR RETURNING THIS GAME AND HAVE NO WAY OF TRACKING IT. THE COMPANY IS TRYING TO CHARGE MY CREDIT CARD. PLEASE HELP.   MS.PHIPPS
