How Do I Remove Rear Wheels (to Change Tires)?

The air from the rear tire is nearly gone after sitting in storage for about 8 months. I am trying to remove the rear tire and fill it with air, but the tire will not come off after removing the lug nuts. Am I missing something here? The truck is a box truck, Savana 3500 "cutaway." I believe the rear is posi-track. Any tips/advice? Thanks.
