Security System Randomly Blows Horn & Flashes Lites, With Doors Locked & Unlocke

can a fuse be pulled, if so which one?

There's no fuse specific to the security system, if there was it would probably disable the car. I suggest you go by a major brand auto parts store & get them to do a fault code test to see where your problem is initiating. Good luck!
