Headlights Not Working

the daytime running lights work but there is no power to the headlights. i've checked the fuse panel breaker under the dash and it;s ok. are there any other fuses or breakers in the ckt.? If not my next step is to look at the headlight switch. Are they easy to pop off the dash?
