Frontier E-mail About Flight Change??
I received an e-mail from Frontier this morning regarding reservation. I don't mind time changes, but, you changed the DATE of my returning flight. I called your Frontier Change Support number at 7:00 a.m. this morning (Thurs., Oct. 6) and I am STILL on hold and it is 7:50! I can not stay on hold all morning... but changing the date of this paid for flight is unacceptable. I need to speak to a representative. This is for a Nov. trip.
