Knob For Frigidaire Stove

I have a Frigidaire gas stove model PLCS389ECD. I had taken the knobs off to clean them and now one doesn't stay on. There is a small half moon shaped pieve that is not in one knob but is in all the others. How can I get just the insert so my knob will stay in place? thank you, Estelle Balch

Hello Estelle, thank you for your post!

From my research, there isn’t a part number for knob insert and it typically comes with the knob. In this case of the inserts are missing, it may be possible that the entire knob has to be purchase. I suggest contacting the manufacturer directly to confirm since most parts can be purchased from them or through a parts distributor in your area (part numbers may vary based on distributor).

Best regards!
