Hi gregdutton – I am happy to assist you. If you can provide me with the exact model number (and serial number if you have it) I will be better able to address the issue at hand. Typically for top mount refrigerators the serial tag is located inside the cabinet, on the left side wall. If your unit is a side by side refrigerator, the model and serial number can be found inside the cabinet, on the right side wall. Thank you.
