My Side By Side Fridge(phs38ejsb) Doesnt Cool, Freezer Ok. Whats Wrong?
after losing power for 5 hours, the fridge side no longer is cooling. its staing at 57 degrees. its always on 36. It had frost on the filter/fan (not really sure). What do I do?

With side by side units, the freezer section cools the refrigerator section by a part call the "damper" or "damper door switch". Check this, which is between the two doors, for any frost or build up. Clean it if needed and watch the unit thereafter. You may want to go ahead and contact Frigidaire and have a tech come out before you have food spoil down the road.
