Hello Anabeaye,

The refrigerator will need several hours to cool down to the correct temperatures, with ice production usually beginning within 24 hours. For a new refrigerator just plugged in, it will take about two days to fill the ice container with no ice usage.

Ice is produced at a rate of 8 cubes every 75 to 90 minutes for Side by Sides and 8 cubes every 80 to 160 minutes for Top Mounts
