Middle And Top Spray Arms No Water Coming Out?

We have had the pump control valve replaced when no water was getting into the whole dishwasher, now there is no water to the middle and top spray arms and have been looking at the parts breakdown in the manual trying to find what piece is not working any ideas ( no clogs we can find)
