There are a few factors that can cause your dishwasher to not dry properly. First, make sure that the water temperature to the unit is at least 120°F, no more than 130°F. To accomplish this, make sure to turn on the hot water at the sink and allow it to get as hot as possible before starting the unit. Second, make sure to use Rinse Aid. Lastly, if you typically do not unload the dishwasher soon after the cycle is complete, crack the door. If you are still experiencing drying issues, I would recommend contacting a service provider since your appliance could possibly have a faulty heating element, a potential wiring failure, or a communication problem with the control board.
