Good Morning Erbelectric19530,

I understand that your Frigidaire refrigerator, model# FRS6HR35KS, never cycles and is always running. I also see that the temperatures are OK. Below are some factors that might cause this to happen.

1) Room or outside weather is hot. It’s normal for your appliance to work longer under these conditions.

2) Doors are open too frequently or too long. Warm air entering your refrigerator causes it to run more. Open doors less often.

3) Fresh Food/freezer door may be slightly open. Ensure your refrigerator is level. Keep food and containers from blocking the door.

4) Freezer control is set too cold. Set Fresh Food control to a warmer setting until your appliances temperature is satisfactory. Allow 24 hours for the temperature to stabilize.

5) Fresh Food/freezer gasket is dirty, worn, cracked, or poorly fitted. Clean or change the gasket. Leaks in the door seal will cause your refrigerator to run longer in order to maintain desired temperatures.

6) The condenser is dirty. Vacuum dust from the front of the toe grille. Remove the toe grille, vacuum underneath. Vacuum the backside of your refrigerator.

I ask that you please follow up with a comment on the post, at your convenience, to advise if further troubleshooting is needed or if your refrigerator status has changed successfully. Hope this is helpful.

-Best Regards-
