We Have A Two Year Old Bottom Mount Refrigerator Model #fghb2866pf.

the ice maker and front panel keep on breaking. The parts are now on back order. This has been 3 months on back order. Went out for third time in late November 17. Why can't they just bring us a new refrigerator? Isn't there a lemon law? We even asked for an extended service warranty at Frigidaires expense, but they said no. $239 every 2 years is getting expensive when you figure that it should last at least 10 years. We are frustrated. Needed ice for husband's knee replacement December 11th. Have had to buy 10 pounds every other day for almost 2 months. Please help. Getting ready to call local 6 to speak with the local TV news station for action.

Sorry for your problems. "Lemon laws" ordinarily apply only to vehicles, and there is typically no protection for consumers outside the terms of your warranty. Sellers are not required to sell or even have available an extended warranty. Here are some steps to consider, in order:

Call customer service, and if necessary politely but firmly ask for a manager (use the contact information here--https://www.contacthelp.com/frigidaire/customer-service)
Complain to corporate: use the corporate contact information here--http://www.corporateofficeowl.com/frigidaire/Corporate%20Office
