Ice Build Up And Water Leaking Out Bottom Of Freezer

We have ice building up in the bottom of the freezer and water leaking out onto our floor. We could not find any resolution to this problem in the manual. Looking online, the suggest is it could be due to a blocked or frozen drain pipe. We are in the process of defrosting our freezer but cannot locate the drain pipe. Also, is there another solution to our problem. Please advise
