Control Lock
my control lock won't unlock. I tried holding it for 5 seconds and unplugging my refrigerator and it won't unlock

Try pressing and holding the CONTROL LOCK for approximately 20 seconds or unplugging the unit. Wait approximately ten minutes and restart refrigerator. If it proves to be ineffective, then it may be experiencing a communication error or wiring failure. Contact a professional to accurately pinpoint any potentially more serious issue.

How do you reset your Frigidaire refrigerator?
Press the Power Cool and Power Freezer buttons at the same time, on the display panel. Hold the buttons for a short time. The refrigerator will be reset and the fridge will start cooling again.
