The Control Lock Won't Unlock

My New Frididaire control lock won't unlock. I cannot use any ice or water features.

Hello JonCryMan – Try pressing and holding the CONTROL LOCK for approximately 20 seconds or unplugging the unit. Wait approximately ten minutes and restart refrigerator.
