Good Morning Larivierecj,

I understand that your Frigidaire refrigerator, model# FPHB2899LF, temperatures are rising to almost 28 degrees Celsius. With this occurring, I would check to make sure that the doors are completely shut and that you are not opening them often or leaving them open for long periods of time. I suggest resetting your appliance, by either unplugging it or shutting the power off at your home’s circuit breaker, for 3-5 minutes. Once power is restored press the “Alarm reset” button. Then, press and hold the “Default settings” button for 3-5 seconds. This will put your refrigerator back to the factory default settings. Give your refrigerator at least 4-6 hours to begin to cool down. I ask that you please follow up with a comment on the post, at your convenience, to advise if further troubleshooting is needed or if your refrigerator status has changed successfully. Hope this is helpful.

-Best Regards-
